one of the Brand Ambassadors of Toronto International Film Festival’s 'Share Her Journey' campaign that champions the cause of gender equality in

Young Indians of 2018. Her films VILLAGE ROCKSTARS (2018) and BULBUL CAN SING (2019) premiered at Toronto International Film Festival, screening at over 120 prestigious international film festivals, winning over 70 Awards
including the National Film Awards in India. VILLAGE ROCKSTARS was also India's Official Entry to the Academy Awards 2019. In 2022, TORA’S HUSBAND had its World Premiere at Toronto International
Film Festival, and its Asian Premiere at Busan International Film
Festival.
Besides INTO THE SPOTLIGHT part of MY MELBOURNE anthology,
supported by Vicscreen and Screen Australia, shot in Melbourne with
an Australian cast and crew premiered at Indian Film Festival of
Melbourne in August 2024. She also directed a Hindi language film
co-produced by Mumbai based production house to be streamed on
a digital platform
