Anvita Brahmbhatt is a writer/filmmaker, photographer, and creative producer. A recent graduate from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, majoring in Film and TV Production and a minor in Business in Entertainment, Media, and Technology, Anvita enjoys writing and exploring family, human connection, loneliness, loss and coming-of-age themes in her works. Her first short film, The Documented Indian (2021) was selected at the London lift-off film festival. The film explored the unique ways two siblings voice dissent and a conversation about humanity prevailing (set during the 2019 CAA protests in India).
What draws Manahar to filmmaking and acting is the desire to move and entertain audiences.
