Brought to you by BritBox, the brainchild of producer Reynold D’Silva, the film is inspired by director Ajoy Bose’s book “Across The Universe – The Beatles In India” (Penguin Random House, 2018). The UK premiere of the film took place on June 6, 2021 at the British Film Institute (BFI) on the closing night of the UK Asian Film Festival 2021. It won two awards: “Best Film Audience Choice” and “Best Music.”
